Biogas treatment

The anaerobic biogas is moist and includes dangerous compounds such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and siloxanes, which can damage the equipment. These materials must be eliminated before entering the equipment’s consuming gases to ensure the equipment’s lifespan. Gas temperature and humidity have an impact on the performance of activated carbon. We developed the gas drying component, which includes a heat exchanger, a cold machine, and a biogas blower, to ensure that the gas is correctly processed in the activated carbon filters. The gas is cleansed of contaminants that are hazardous to the device after achieving the right gas temperature and humidity. The equipment is designed in accordance with the customer’s specifications and technical characteristics. The scope of supply can include both an active carbon filter unit and cleaning gas preparation equipment or a complex compound.
